  1. Hi, I'm using the trial version and I like it. Considering buying it. I work in IBM and I have 10 years of archived notes and attachments. Just wondering how I can see the status of the index. Its been indexing away for 24 hours now but its still not seeing all my mail. I think thats because its only XX% through the indexing operation but I cannot find a way to see how far it is through indexing. That would be a great feature to add.

  2. Hi Rob,

    Thanks for trying our product!

You can get a rough idea by looking at the Windows Search Indexing Options. It will tell you the number of indexed documents. That number will also include the number of documents on your hard drive. For EZ Notes Search, each mail message will be a separate document as will each attachment.

Thanks for the feedback. We will add it to our feature request list.

We have found that many of our customers have at least 10 years of archives (typically one per year) so EZ Notes Search does save you quite a bit of time searching them all at once.
